Have Your Cupcake and Eat it Too — Sprinkles goes sugar-free!

When Sprinkles Cupcakes invited me to learn how to frost their tasty confections, I new I’d be in trouble — well, more like my waistline! After all, how could I resist having one (or three) cupcakes while working in the back of the stylish bakery in La Jolla?

As it turns out, I didn’t have to hold back on my gorging at Sprinkles because I was there to get to know what could be my favorite new treat: The sugar-free Red Velvet cupcake from Sprinkles! After learning how to do Sprinkles’ unique and flawless frosting method (after quite a few failed attempts), I was able to try one of the pre-decorated confections marked with a Scarlett letter.
