What do you think about Miley Cyrus' new video, “Who Owns My Heart,” is it art or tart?
The teen sensation will (finally!) be considered an adult when she turns 18 in November of this year. In the meantime, while this video is making the rounds, her kids show, “Hannah Montana,” is still airing on Disney through next year.
Is she simply growing up before our eyes or before her time? You know my take on this by now, but what's yours? One thing is for sure, the day she turns 18 she'll fall off my radar…unless she gets into trouble down the road (which is where most of us think she's headed).
