Cups is offering two wonderful hands-on cooking classes in their teaching kitchen Mother's Day weekend for moms and kids of all ages.

Perfectly Paired Mother’s Day Brunch and fun with Fondant Cooking Classes at Cups La Jolla
May 8th – Mother’s Day Brunch doesn’t have to be boring and stiff… Start a new tradition with mom this year by bringing her to Cups La Jolla for a hands-on cooking class and brunch that you prepare together! A perfectly paired Mother’s Day Brunch will feature Teamotions Tea (emotional well-being in every cup) paired with a beautiful brunch you will make alongside Cups Founder & Creative Chef Michelle Ciccarelli!
You and mom will learn to prepare and then sit down to enjoy a lovely brunch of waffles with chai syrup and rooibos-poached pear topping paired with rooibos-coconut chai, crepes with a cinnamon-sugar cream cheese filling with chamomile-apple and pear topping paired with apple-cinnamon-chamomile tea, with Meyer lemon glazed muffins paired with lemon-vanilla green tea, lavender & chocolate chip scones paired with vanilla earl grey and a fresh berry & blood orange tart paired with a citrus-strawberry white tea.

Mother's Day fun with Fondant!
May 7th – If brunch isn’t your thing or you are looking for a fun activity with the little ones, sign up for some Mother’s Day fun with Fondant! Featuring Cups Executive Pastry Chef and “Cupcake Wars” star Jeff Bonilla, students will learn the magic behind beautiful fondant frosting. This hands-on class will have kids and moms of all ages and skill levels learning the basics of fondant and creating fun designs for their next cake!
$65 for parent and child, $15 for each additional child; $45 for solo adult. 2:30-4:30pm (Minimum 8, maximum 16)
