‘How The Grinch Stole Christmas’ At The Old Globe November 10

Dr. Seuss’s beloved holiday story, “How The Grinch Stole Christmas” opens at the Old Globe Theater in San Diego November 10.

San Diego’s favorite holiday tradition, back for its 19th incredible year, is a wonderful, whimsical production that will once again jump right off the pages of the classic Dr. Seuss book and onto the Old Globe’s stage.

Gather the family and head to Balboa Park to kick off the holiday season with the traditional tree lighting Sunday, November 10, at 6 p.m. The 11th Annual Tree Lighting on the Old Globe Plaza to include special performance by the cast. FREE

There will also be a sensory-friendly performance of the holiday musical for children on the autism spectrum and their families, as well as other families with special needs.

SENSORY-FRIENDLY PERFORMANCE

Saturday, December 13 at 10:30 a.m.

 TICKETS:  Ticket prices start at $37 for adults and $24 for children (17 years and under). Children under age 3 will be admitted to 11:00 a.m. performances only, which are open to all ages. At the 11:00 a.m. performances only, children under the age of two are free, but must occupy the same seat and sit on the lap of a parent or guardian in attendance. Regardless of age, each audience member, including babes in arms, must have a ticket to be admitted into the theatre.
