Del Mar, California Moves to Curb Underage Drinking on Private Property

There's a bit of good news regarding underage age drinking on private property with an adult's consent. According to the Del Mar Times “The Del Mar City Council supports drafting  an ordinance that would allow police to enter private property if they suspect underage kids are drinking and to charge any adult “who knows or should know” that it is going on”.
